Content: satisfied with what one is or has; not wanting more or anything else. (dictionary.com)
It's funny what you can find about yourself when you actually take the time to sit down and think.
Granted, you also have to allow yourself to truly think, truly explore all the options about yourself. It can be hard looking in the mirror and viewing the truth about your nature.
Today as I sit and examine the current state of my heart, I find a very interesting fact about me. I have a very hard time being content. It seems that I always look at the next "best" thing, wishing I had this or that instead of being happy with what I have, where I am, what I'm doing. It entirely sucks the joy out of the life I am living. I want to start looking at the little things again, those little pleasures that make a day bright and keep you going no matter what. I know they're there...it's just a matter of making the time to look for them.
